Security

Fovex systems are built so that sensitive production data never has to leave your site. Inference runs on NVIDIA Jetson Orin or Nano edge units installed inside your facility. Camera feeds are consumed over RTSP/ONVIF on your own network, processed on-device, and the results are written to storage you control.

There is no cloud dependency in normal operation. If your internet connection drops, detection, alerting and relay-stop functions continue to work.

• Video streams stay on your local network.
• Defect libraries and yield data are not uploaded to Fovex.
• Alerting paths — sirens, strobes, cabin displays, relay stops — are local and do not depend on an external service.
• Dashboards can be hosted on your network. Where remote access is wanted, it is configured deliberately with you rather than enabled by default.

Integration with PLC, SCADA, WMS or ERP systems is scoped per deployment. We work to the network segmentation and change-control rules your plant already operates under, and we expect to be given the minimum access needed to do the job.

fovex.ai is served over HTTPS and sends X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options, Referrer-Policy and Permissions-Policy headers. Form endpoints validate input, escape submitted values before rendering them, and are rate-limited. The site does not host customer production data of any kind.

Please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate before disclosing publicly. We will acknowledge your report and keep you informed. We do not currently operate a paid bug bounty.

Fovex is a member of the NVIDIA Inception programme. We do not currently claim ISO 27001, SOC 2 or any other third-party security certification. If your procurement process requires a specific attestation, contact us and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot supply.
