These terms govern your use of the fovex.ai website. They do not govern the supply of Fovex hardware, software or services — those are covered by the separate written agreement, quotation or statement of work entered into between Fovex Systems Private Limited and the customer. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement prevails.

Figures published on this site — detection accuracy, inference latency, incident reduction, throughput improvement and deployment timelines — are drawn from Fovex system testing and delivered deployments under the conditions described alongside them.

Real-world performance depends on camera placement, lighting, optics, network conditions, the specific defect or hazard classes involved, and the quality of training data available from your site. Published figures are indicative and do not constitute a warranty. Performance commitments for a specific deployment are only those set out in a signed agreement or statement of work.

Fovex supplies systems that assist with industrial safety monitoring, including forklift collision avoidance, PPE compliance detection, dock control and overhead crane monitoring. These are aids. They do not replace your legal obligations, your site safety procedures, operator training, mechanical guarding, or statutory inspection regimes. You remain responsible for the safety of your facility and personnel.

All content on this site — text, graphics, the Fovex name and logo, diagrams, photography and software — is owned by Fovex Systems Private Limited or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation and internal business purposes. You may not republish, resell, or use our branding to represent your own goods or services without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
